Flat Rate Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat rate packing & shipping:
£5.50 for standard shipments anywhere in mainland United Kingdom

R90 for standard shipments to major centres and town in South Africa

Special Delivery is available at extra cost.

Please also keep in mind that the time of day of that the order is placed may affect when the order is processed.

The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.

International Shipping

Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. Please take some time to refer to the list of items restricted by your country before placing your order. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Wagawhey will not grant refunds of any kind. Wagawhey cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed. For international orders, we strongly recommend the courier options so that your package can be tracked and delivered with confidence.

Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and will be automatically calculated before you check out, so you’ll know exactly how much you’ll be paying before finalizing your order. Prices are set by the carrier, and you’ll see all of the shipping options listed in the shopping cart when you are ready to check out. Just enter your city and country into our shipping estimator. Remember, international shipments do not include import and customs tax that you may incur once the package arrives in your country.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Orders?
All UK, EU, and International orders are binding – once accepted by us – and will be shipped from our depot either in greater London, United Kingdom or KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. We deliver within the UK by Royal Mail. Final order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped between Monday through Friday via 2nd Class Royal Mail for UK orders. Any order received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will only be processed the following working day. South African orders are dispatched upon cleared funds into our account. Orders placed over the weekend or during a major holiday will be shipped the following Monday. All South African orders when placed require a day time contact telephone number for the courier and deliveries are to a physical address where someone is present to receive the delivery. Please note that depending on the number of orders, it can sometimes take longer. Please contact us if you need an order expedited or if you are curious about processing times.

In case of stock problems or production delays, you will be contacted immediately. In any such case, you may cancel the order placed and any money paid to Wagawhey will be refunded.

Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online.

I am ordering from South Africa, what payment options do I have?
Once you have added the products to your shopping cart and proceeded to check-out you will be presented with a screen thanking you and letting you know that we’ll send you an invoice with payment details after you have placed the order. PAYPAL and WORLD PAY do not work in South Africa. We will receive your order and process it manually, meaning that we will send you our local account details via email so that you can make an Electronic Fund Transfer and upon cleared funds into our account we will courier the order to the address supplied.

What happens to lost/stolen packages?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within 7 days of delivery. For details please read our Returns and Refund policy.
Compensation for any sort of damage to the product is limited to 50% of total purchase value

I put in a wrong shipping address, what can you do?
Important: The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct email address and the full postal address – including postcode – during the ordering process. If you have completed your order and realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number and correct shipping address: care@wagawhey.com.

If you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has left the building, it will not be possible for us to intercept the package.

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. During checkout, you will be able to enter separate billing and shipping information. You must give us the correct billing address and the phone number your credit card company has listed on your account. This is for verification purposes. Wagawhey does not ship any order without proper billing information.
