We try to reach 100% customer satisfaction – which means as few returns and refunds as possible. As Wagawhey is a complementary supplement, merchandise purchased on ‘wagawhey.com’, ‘wagawhey.co.uk’, ‘wagawhey.co.za’ have a no return policy. In case you are not satisfied you should email us immediately upon receiving your delivery in order that we can look into the issue. An email must be sent to care@wagwhey.com upon immediate receipt of the delivery in order that we can look into the matter.
If any goods are pre-approved to be returned from within the UK, they must be returned via an insured, trackable service to:

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card if applicable.

- Please provide invoice, receipt for the original purchase
- Please use an insured traceable service when sending us the items
- Please make sure goods are securely packed
